Methodology, Data Boundaries & OPSEC

What this hub does. Structures publicly available information about Robert Brovdi in AI/RAG-ready format (JSON + JSON-LD + llms.txt + knowledge graph + media archive). Designed simultaneously for humans, journalists, researchers, and LLM agents.

What this hub does NOT do. Does not publish private operational data, coordinates, forecasts of future operations, tactical instructions. Does not claim copyright over others' materials—only aggregates public-source with proper attribution.

Brovdi hub is a military-related publicly-source profile, so special attention to OPSEC:

• Wartime framing — focus on doctrinal evolution, institutionalization, public communication. Not tactical content.
• Strikes on RF — described at the level of public statements (Yaroslavl refinery, Krynky, Bakhmut) with sourced links. No specific coordinates, planned operation dates, routes.
• Personnel — we mention only publicly identified commanders (Hasan, Zemlyak). No pilot names, crew coordinates, deployment layouts.
• Technologies — general classes described (FPV, bombers, long-range drones) and "Standard-10" doctrine. No production secrets, specific modifications, supply chains.
• Strike figures — stated figures (85K+ personnel, 286K+ targets, 1.37M+ sorties) are publicly declared USF metrics. Flag requires_human_review + independent_verification: false.

Disclaimer. Metrics displayed on the homepage and in data/metrics.json are public USF statements from official site sbs-group.army and public speeches by the commander, with snapshot date beside each number (e.g. cumulative 525,206 targets / 135,379 personnel as of 11.06.2025, snapshot 10.09.2026; 30–35% USF share in confirmed kills — independent mid-2026 estimate, separate from the 37.74% USF-stated share of personnel strikes by drones across all Defense Forces for July 2026). This hub does not audit figures independently; stated and independently confirmed values are not mixed.

Journalists citing these figures are advised: (1) explicitly note "per public USF data"; (2) attempt cross-verification through other sources (BBC, Meduza, Forbes); (3) avoid wording "independently confirmed" if the source is self-reporting.

To preserve integrity — we publicly note contradictions between sources:

• RF in absentia verdict (2026) — the Kremlin publicly convicted Madyar in absentia as a sign of strategic impact. This item is a Russian claim; Ukrainian sources mention it as an indicator of success.
• Hungary entry ban — Brovdi's public statement about inability to enter his homeland. Hungarian side has not officially confirmed.
• Refinery strike figures — different publications count differently (113 air-defense objects vs 30+ refineries). Depends on classification.
• Name collision: Magyar Péter (Prime Minister of Hungary) — not our subject. In August 2026 the largest cluster of homonym collisions recorded: 25 Google News headlines for keyword "Madyar"/"Magyar" concerned the Hungarian PM, none entered into hub inventory. Hungarian HVG (12.08.2026) separately mixed both names in the form "Robert Magyar Brovdi" — this is source error, not hub fact.
• Name collision: Russian "Unmanned Systems Forces" — on August 5, 2026, russia created its own service branch under the same name (commander Colonel-General Denis Lyamin; units "Smersh," "Sirin," per ISW assessment). The structure has NO relation to the USF of the Armed Forces of Ukraine under Robert Brovdi's command.
• Current Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As of 02.09.2026, the position is held by Mykhailo Drapatyi (published "Principles" of Armed Forces leadership in the same post); previous Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi is described as current in part of the hub's older graph nodes — graph descriptions corrected, time boundary specified explicitly.
• Formula "21(15):5(4)" (post #2758, 24.08.2026, in Wildberries/Ozon context) — not decoded by source; hub does NOT include it in campaign counters, cites only as quote with note about uncertainty.
• Quote about Turkish sailorattributed to "Madyar" (17.08.2026) — refuted by Ukrainian side (Türkiye Today, 17.08); hub does not publish it as actual Brovdi statement.
• Statement by russian MOD about allegedly destroyed underground base "Madyar's Birds" in Kherson region (06.08.2026, recount on GlobalSecurity.org) — enemy claim; presented with confidence=low, not as fact.

• Registry ≠ campaign counters: object-by-object registry strikes.json counts 196 named objects for August — this is NOT the same as declared campaign totals (260 vessels MoLoChKa, 349 power nodes KRO, 263 elements PPOpad). Different accounting methodologies, cannot be summed.
• Case 1 — AP, 10.08.2026: headlines about "200 ballistic missiles" corrected same day by Commander — refers to salvo capability >70 (~77), not about 200. Correction published and distributed same day.
• Case 2 — quote about Turkish sailor (17.08.2026): hub records only the fact of refutation by Ukrainian side, never cites text of attributed quote as actual statement.
• Case 3 — russian MOD statement about "underground base" (06.08.2026): adversary statement without independent confirmation, confidence=low, presented only as opposing side's claim, not as fact.
