Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky I Class — full cavalier (July 15, 2026)

By Presidential Decree, Brovdi was awarded the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky I Class — the highest class of the order. Since he already held the III Class (November 24, 2023) and II Class (February 20, 2025), the award of I Class made him full cavalier of the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky.

For personal courage demonstrated in defending the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, selfless performance of military duty.

The award was official recognition of participation in the country's defense. At the time of the award, Brovdi already had significant combat experience: defense of Kyiv, creation of "Madyar's Birds", 110 days in Bakhmut.

Position: Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The appointment is recognition at the highest level. Brovdi became head of a separate branch of armed forces—a unique structure without direct analogues in most armies of the world.

The appointment of a former businessman-volunteer as commander of an entire branch of armed forces in three years of war is an exceptional case of career advancement.

In absentia sentence of the RF (March 2026)

Sentence: Life imprisonment

Charges: Terrorist attack (in absentia)

The Russian in absentia sentence is paradoxically a form of recognition of Brovdi's influence on the course of the war. Inclusion on the most wanted list indicates that Russian command considers his activities a significant threat.

Hungary sanctions (August 2025)

Entry ban to Hungary and Schengen Area countries — following the strike on the Druzhba pipeline infrastructure.

This ban has symbolic significance, considering Brovdi's Hungarian ethnic origin.
